2013 Honda Brio is a five-door hatchback that Honda products for the markets of India, Thailand and South Africa. This car was first introduced in 2011 and was developed as a car that is a class below the Honda Fit. Honda Brio is a very practical small city car, which will certainly occur in the future in some other markets.
Тхе Honda Brio’s compact body size – it is 3610 mm long, 1680 mm wide and 1500 mm tall – and its small turning radius of only 4,8m helps to make it extremely nippy and nimble in congested city traffic. The Хонда Brio is powered by the 4-cylinder, 1.2 L (73 cu in) L12B i-VTEC gasoline engine delivering up to 90 PS (66.2 kW; 88.8 bhp). It is available with either a 5-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission.
The Honda Brio might look small from the outside but the cabin is very spacious. The Honda Brio, unlike some of the rivals, can easily accommodate four large sized adults with ease. The small bonnet and boot have liberated a lot of space on the inside and it shows. Another aspect that strikes you is the overall quality of plastics.
Unlike some of the rivals, the 2013 Honda Brio doesn’t come with an automatic climate control but that shouldn’t be a big bother. The speedometer console gets an ECO function display – this works on the driver’s inputs, the vehicle’s speed and the gear you are in to show if the car is running in ECO mode or on. The Brio comes with the same 1.2-litre engine as the Jazz.
